Zusammenfassung:	A method of manufacturing touch panel comprises to prepare a transparent conductive thin film which has a conductive electrode pattern on its one side, and to apply the In-Mold Decoration technology to inject molding a transparent cover lens, and in the meantime to combine the transparent conductive thin film onto one surface of the transparent cover lens and let the conductive electrode pattern face to the transparent cover lens. Therefore to simplify the structure levels of the touch panel, decrease the manufacture cost, the thickness and the process complexity of the touch panel.
