Zusammenfassung:	A screw anchor (10) for use in concrete is disclosed; the anchor has a substantially cylindrical body (12) comprising an outer surface area (18) at which an external thread (20) is provided, and the body (12) has an accommodating part (22) to accommodate a retaining means; the accommodating part (22) is arranged along the direction of the cylindrical longitudinal axis (L), runs from an axial end side (14), and has a load bearing structure (26) for being used by the retaining means. Starting from the axial end side (14), the accommodating part (22) is provided with a tool receiving part (28) extending substantially along the direction of the cylindrical longitudinal axis (L), wherein the tool receiving part (28) extends from the end side (14) used for rotationally driving the screw anchor (10) and runs along the cylindrical direction (L) toward the accommodating part (22) by a distance farther than the load bearing structure (26). Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing the aforementioned screw anchor (10)
