Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an Au/Ag nanoparticle and a method for fabricating the same. The method comprises the following steps: (A) providing a mixture containing Au ions and Ag ions; (B) adding a reducing agent into said mixture; and (C) obtaining a growth solution by adding a solution of chiotsan and placing said growth solution steadily. The method of the present invention can significantly reduce the required time for Au/Ag nanoparticles fabrication and the obtained Au/Ag nanoparticles have excellent bio-compatible.
