Zusammenfassung:	A local dispensing control system, comprising a control server, at least one categorized storage device and a plurality of mobile units, wherein the control server identifies a dispenser for particular items and unlocks the control doors in the categorized storage device corresponding to the particular items and the corresponding control door in the storage space of the mobile unit and the mobile unit identifies the acceptor of the item and unlocks the corresponding control door in the storage space of the mobile unit, upon the arrival of the mobile unit at the acceptor.
