Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition which has excellent mold release properties and which can suppress deterioration in molding stability and aggregation of the polybutylene terephthalate resin composition caused by seepage of a mold release agent, and also provides a pellet of this polybutylene terephthalate resin composition. The polybutylene terephthalate resin composition contains not less than 0.01 parts by mass and not more than 5.0 parts by mass of (B) a saturated fatty acid ester of a polyglycerol represented by formula (I) relative to 100 parts by mass of (A) a polybutylene terephthalate resin. (In formula (I), the R1 groups may be the same or different and are each a saturated aliphatic acyl group having not fewer than 19 and not more than 30 carbon atoms, and n is an integer not lower than 1 and not higher than 10.)
