Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides an active energy ray-curable transfer sheet for in-mold molding which has excellent blocking resistance, adhesion property, and heat resistance during molding. The said active energy ray-curable transfer sheet for in-mold molding is characterized in that the primer agent composition using a primer agent composition comprising an active energy ray-curable acrylic acrylate resin having a hydroxyl group and a (meth)acryloyl group and/or an active energy ray-curable urethane acrylate resin, and a polyisocyanate compound which are semi-cured, or using an active energy ray-curable acrylic acrylate resin and/or an active energy ray-curable urethane acrylate resin in which the curable hard coat layer and/or curable primer layer are semi-cured.
