Zusammenfassung:The present invention related to a radiolabeled nucleoside analogue, wherein comprises a radioiodinated [123/131I] and a nucleoside analogue being selected from the group consisting of Cytosine, Thymine, Uracil, and analogues thereof. A method for the radiolabeled nucleoside analogue is also provided in the present invention and thereby, the nucleoside analogue with longer in vivo half-life time and higher stability in the serum may be produced. A pharmaceutical composition of radiolabeled nucleoside analogue is further provided for a promising proliferation probe for tumor diagnosis.
