Zusammenfassung:	A ball screw with dust-proof device comprises: an elongate shaft; a nut assembly, which comprises a nut formed with a receiving hole for allowing the elongate shaft passing through, the inside surface of the receiving hole being configured with a helical rolling groove and two helical female threads; two dust-proof devices, which each has a through hole for allowing the elongate shaft passing through, the outside surface of the dust-proof devices being configured with male threads corresponding to the female threads of the nut, the female threads of the nut being threadingly engageable with the male threads of the dust-proof devices so as to fix the dust-proof devices to the two ends of the receiving hole of the nut.
