The first cover includes a first latching member and a first resisting member. The first cover is capably of moving from a first position to a second position. The second cover is rotatably connected to the first cover. The second cover includes a second resisting member. The base includes a second latching member. The elastic member is configured to provide a rebound force when the first cover is in the second position. When the cover is in the first position, the first latching member engages with the second latching member, the first resisting member engages with the second resisting member, and the elastic member is compressed. When the cover is in the second position, the first latching member disengages from the second latching member, the first resisting member disengages from the second resisting member, and the second cover is ejected by the rebound force of the el
