Method for manufacturing electrical connector

The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing an electrical connector, wherein terminals of the electrical connector can be provided with more firmness by the method without looseness and deformation. The method comprises the steps of: providing an insulated base; providing a plurality of terminals, inserting one end of the plurality of terminals into an accommodating space of the insulated base, and disposing another end of the plurality of terminals on a plurality of comb-shaped grooves of the insulated base; providing a metal block and heating the metal block to a specific temperature; contacting the metal block with a plurality of protruding structures of the insulated base so as to make the plurality of protruding structures to form a flowable material; and standing the insulated base for cooling the flowable material down and forming a fixing structure which can coating the plurality of terminals.
