Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to a cleaning solution composition used to remove grease, resin or microparticles attached on electronic parts, and more particularly to a cleaning solution composition and a cleaning method using the same, which can provide low metal corrosion property and high stripping capability and strip off an alignment film after post-thermal treatment in a glass substrate of a liquid crystal display. The cleaning solution composition comprises: (A) an alkaline compound, (B) a primary alcohol organic solvent, and (C) a secondary and/or tertiary alcohol organic solvent containing an ether group.
