Zusammenfassung:	An illumination device comprises a supporting unit, a lighting unit and a light guiding cover. The supporting unit comprises a lamp seat with an upward-tilting plane. The lighting unit is disposed on the tilted plane and inclined at the same direction thereof. The light guiding cover is connected with the supporting unit and located on the lighting unit, comprises a main body, a baffle edge, and a scattering structure. The main body has a curved outer periphery. The baffle edge is extended downward from the outer periphery of the main body and has a reflection plane opposite to the lighting unit. The scattering structure is distributed on the bottom surface of the main body. The reflection plane and the scattering structure jointly reflect light beam emitted from the lighting unit upward above the horizon, such that most part of reflected light is irradiated toward the floor.
