Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A foil strip loop (7) is generated for handling a foil strip (6) to be uncoiled from a supply roll (2), the foil strip being fed in stepwise by a feed device (4). In order to ensure that this can proceed without breakdowns at high fabrication rates, a device (1) is provided in which a hollow cylinder (10) rests loosely on the strip with restricted freedom of movement so as to create the strip loop. A device of this type is preferably provided for fabricating pull-off lids, wherein a foil strip is uncoiled from a strip supply roil and fed to punching-and-sealing processing station.
