Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a multimedia audio and video system with wireless transmission function, which includes a universal serial bus (USB) device, a host computer, a high definition multimedia interface (HDMI) transmission device, a HDMI receiving device, and a display device. When the USB device detects one of the USB ports from the USB device coupled to a computer peripheral device, the USB device can be connected wirelessly to the host computer to transmit control signals generated from the computer peripheral device to the host computer. The HDMI transmission device receives HDMI audio and video signals transmitted from the host computer, and converts the HDMI audio and video signals to wireless signals, in order to transmit wireless signals to the HDMI receiving device wirelessly. After receiving wireless signals transmitted from the HDMI transmission device, the HDMI receiving device converts wireless signals to audio and video signals, and transmits audio and video signals to the display dev
