Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is an energy recycler, especially used to convert the impulse from the motions of non-continuous rotation or repeatedly linear motion mechanism to the kinetic energy of continuous motion with momentum variation. Then this energy can be stored in the energy recycler as the electric energy for the future use. This recycler comprises a magnetic controllable power capturing device and an energy converting module with a kinetic energy input end of an energy converter connected to a kinetic energy output end of the magnetic controllable energy capturing device. When the external non-continuous energy flow into the magnetic controllable energy capturing device, a kinetic break mechanism is processed under the condition without influence to the outer mechanism motion, until reaching the control energy, and then releasing the break, for converting the un-continuous impulse to momentum variation of continuous motion, to make the energy converting module continuously operate energy conversion.
