Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a liquid crystal display device having less display unevenness and less warpage of liquid crystal panel even after being left under a hot and humid surroundings, wherein the provided liquid crystal display device comprises liquid crystal cell 10 having two cell substrates 11, 12 and liquid crystal layer 15 sandwiched between the two cell substrates 11, 12, front side polarizer 20 laminated upon the visual side of liquid crystal cell 10 with first adhesive layer 40 inbetween, rear side polarizer 30 laminated upon a side opposing to the visual side of liquid crystal cell 10 with second adhesive layer 50 inbetween, and backlight unit 70 disposed upon a side opposing to the liquid crystal cell of rear side polarizer 30, in which front side polarizer 20 and rear side polarizer 30 have polarizing films 21, 31 and transparent protective films 25, 26, 35, 36 disposed upon both faces of polarizing films 21, 31, respectively, and when Gf' is designated as the storage elastic modulus of first adhesive layer
