Zusammenfassung:	This invention provides an intelligent mass transportation system and its method of transferring information, comprising exchanging information via an information transferring device by means of a short-ranged communication network, a plurality of vehicles and a transportation control center; transmitting the transportation information generated by the information transferring device to an adjacent information transferring device; transmitting the transportation information from the adjacent information transferring device to the next adjacent information transferring device to ensure transmission of information to the control center; thereby increasing the accuracy of vehicle adjustment and management and performance efficacy as a result.
