A bicycle saddle including massage unit and bicycle comprising the same

The present invention relates to a massage apparatus for a bicycle, and to a bicycle including same, wherein the massage apparatus comprises: a seat (100) on which a user can sit; a massage unit (200) coupled to the seat (100) for massaging a contacting portion of the user; a vertically oriented central pipe (300), one end of which is coupled to the seat (100) and to the massage unit (200), and including power-transmitting means therein; and a pedal unit (400) including a pair of cranks (410), which are members configured as arms connected to the power-transmitting means, and a pair of pedals (430) connected to the cranks (410) so as to support the legs of the user and rotate. The power-transmitting means comprise: a crankshaft (310), either end of which is connected to the pair of cranks (410) to be a rotating shaft rotated by the cranks (410); a crankshaft gear (320) coupled to the crankshaft (310) and rotated in accordance with the rotation of the crankshaft (310); a bottom central shaft gear (330) formed
