Touch panel and detecting method for multiple-touching of the same, and touch display apparatus

A touch panel including a substrate, a sensor array layer, and a signal detecting layer is provided. The sensor array layer is disposed on the substrate and has a plurality of sensing pads arranged in an array. The sensing pads includes a plurality of first sensing pads extended along a first direction and a plurality of second sensing pads extended along a second direction, wherein the first direction and the second direction are intersected. The signal detecting layer is disposed between the sensor array layer and the substrate. The signal detecting layer has a plurality of signal detecting blocks independent to each other. Each signal detecting block is corresponding to a plurality of the sensing pads. The change in electric field due to the touching event is sensed by each signal detecting block. Therefore, a problem of a sensing ghost point of the touch panel is prevented. Besides, a detecting method for multiple-touching of the touch panel and a touch display apparatus are also provided.
