The positioning mechanism includes a transmitting module, a first sensing module and a tilting adjustment unit. The side-patrolling mechanism is suitable for receiving and delivering the fabric delivered by the positioning mechanism. The side-patrolling mechanism includes a hemming unit and a horizontal movement control unit. The second sensing module detects the boundary between a bristling area and the edges of the fabric. The horizontal movement control unit fine tunes the horizontal position of the hemming unit and the second sensing module according to the detection result of the second sensing module.
