The polysaccharides-containing material from the products or agriculture material of mushroom cultivation, preparing method and application thereof

The invention relates to a method for preparing the polysaccharides-containing material, from the products or agriculture material of mushroom cultivation, such as fruiting body, stipe, mycelium or cultured substrate of fungi, as raw material. After sterilizing by autoclave, polysaccharides-containing substance was extracted from the raw material with room temperature neutral solvent at room temperature. The polysaccharides-containing substance can be processed subsequently by several ways like sold-liquid separation, filtration concentration or spray-drying etc. Comparing with others, the preparation methods described by this invention are easy, safe, environment-friendly and economic. In addition, the invention provides other applications of the polysaccharides-containing substance, and also recycled by-products from preparation process.
