Zusammenfassung:	On an apparatus for grinding bristle endings (2) comprising at least one rotating grinding wheel (3), a limiter (11) is arranged at the grinding-wheel (3), where the limiter circumferentially protrudes from the grinding surface. The limiter (11) can particularly have an annular shape while pivot-mounted on the grinding-wheel (3) using a roller bearing (12) or it is comprised of a metal strip which is arranged at the outer circumference of the grinding-wheel (3). The grinding-wheel (3) and the limiter (11) can also be integrally formed.
