Roll wiper for hot rolling vertical edger

The invention relates to a roll wiper for a hot rolling vertical edger. The hot rolling vertical edger includes two rolling units and a rust removing set. Each rolling unit includes a roll configured to roll side surface of steel slab, at least one cooling water set arranged at the moving support of the roll configured to spray cooling water, a rolling oil spray tube arranged on the moving support adjacent to the water cooling set and configured to spray rolling oil, and a water wiper arranged adjacent to the roll and between the water spraying area and oil spraying area. The water wiper includes a wiper set and an elastic element. One edge of the elastic element connects to the spring support of the roll base. The other edge connects to the wiper support of the wiper set so that the wiper can elastically attach onto the rolling surface of the roll to cover rust removing water and cooling water, and to wipe residue water on the roll to ensure rolling oil evening coated on the roll.
