The HDPE container is used to store a compressed gas, or a vacuum for a closed system. Firstly, the method processes a HDPE material via a first forming method to generate a chamber body. Next, the method processes the HDPE material via a second forming method to generate a first sealed body and a second sealed body. Finally, the method joins the chamber body, the first sealed body, and the second sealed body via a Butt-Fusion method to form the thick walled HDPE container.
