Zusammenfassung:	A display device includes a frame, a display panel, a backlight assembly, a substrate and a fixing component. An assembling method of the device includes the following steps. First, the frame with an inner lateral surface, from which a supporting portion is protruded, is provided. The supporting portion has a first and a second supporting surface opposite to each other. Next, the display panel is disposed in the frame and contacted with the inner lateral surface and the first supporting surface. The backlight assembly is disposed on one side of the display panel opposite to the frame. Further, the substrate is disposed in the frame and contacted with the inner lateral surface and the second supporting surface. Then, the display panel and the substrate are fixed in the frame by the fixing component covering the edges of the substrate, the frame, the display panel and the backlight assembly.
