A liquid crystal display panel having unified signal reaction time and the manufacture method thereof

The present invention discloses a liquid crystal display panel having unified signal reaction time and the manufacture method thereof. The liquid crystal display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a control element, transmission lines, capacitance adjusting layer and a transparent conductive layer. The second substrate is disposed above the first substrate. The control element and transmission lines are disposed on the first substrate, wherein transmission lines respectively have different lengths. The capacitance adjusting layer is disposed on an inner side of the second substrate and at least part of the capacitance adjusting layer is located above the transmission lines. The transparent conductive layer is substantially covers the capacitance adjusting layer, wherein capacitance is created between the transparent conductive layer and transmission lines. Thickness of the capacitance adjusting layer above the transmission lines and area of the capacitance adjusting layer located above the
