Zusammenfassung:	A method and apparatus for tracking objects are disclosed. This method utilizes an ultrasonic distance sensor to measure the distance between the sensor and an object. By using the trigonometric function with the distance and the parameters of sensor's location, the location of the object is continuously detected. The present method reduces the computing complexity needed and achieves the real-time object tracking.
