The pipe is provided with tiny grain patterns surrounding its outer pipe wall seamlessly; the pipe is sleeved with and fixedly connected to the outer surface of the wheel; the seamless tiny grain patterns can be repeatedly and continuously transferred to the material to provide the material with seamless tiny grain patterns, thereby reducing wasting of material.
