Fabrication methods for fluorescent powders on substrate and white light LED devices

Fabrication methods for fluorescent powders on substrate and white light LED devices are presented. The method of forming fluorescent powders on substrate includes providing and mixing a fluorescent powder and a glass flux. The blend of the fluorescent powder and a glass flux are heated resulting in a semi-molten glass. The semi-molten glass is then grinded and sieved into fluorescent-glass powders. The fluorescent-glass powders are applied on a substrate. The fluorescent-glass on substrate is heated to create a fluorescent-film on substrate.
