Zusammenfassung:	A display panel having a display area and a sealant area is provided. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a sealant and a display medium. The sealant is disposed within the sealant area between the first and second substrate. The display medium is disposed within the display area between the first and second substrate. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate and includes a plurality of pixel units and wires connected to the pixel units. The pixel units are within the display area, wherein the wires extend from the display area to the sealant area. In particular, at least some of the wires in the sealant area include a plurality of slots, each slot having an edge adjacent to the edge of the wire which the slot is disposed therein, wherein the distance from the edge of each slot to the edge of the wire are not equal.
