Zusammenfassung:	A prism sheet and an anti-Newton ring prism sheet unit are disclosed, which can be used in a backlight module. The anti-Newton ring prism sheet unit includes two prism sheets stacked vertically, and both the prism sheets have a plurality of light-concentrating structures arranged longitudinally. Extension directions of the light-concentrating structures of said two prism sheets are perpendicular to each other, and the structural width of the upper prism sheet is d1, d1 ≤ 35 m. Via the structural width d1 ≤ 35 of the upper prism sheet used with the lower prism sheet, a bi-directional light-concentrating effect can be achieved effectively to maintain high brightness of a display, and simultaneously an optical interference effect between film layers can be diminished to reduce a Newton ring phenomenon.
