Method and system for risk level evaluation of patients

A method for risk level evaluation of patients is provided, wherein the method is implemented for a remote medical care center. The remote medical care center is connected to a plurality of clinics through a network. Patient data corresponding to a plurality of patients is received from the plurality of clinics. A medical event is determined for the patient according to corresponding patient data. The medical event is classified as a deteriorated event type or a ameliorated event type. The patients corresponding to the same event are sorted into a particular group. The patients within the same group are ranked according to severity corresponding patient conditions. A risk level score is calculated for each of the patients according to the corresponding event. The patients with an event classified as the deteriorated event type and the ameliorated event type are ranked, respectively, according to the corresponding risk level score.
