When the portable navigation device is operated at a dumb mode, events are displayed in a screen thereof based on preset conditions and parameters, at a normal mode, events ordered at 1 to X are automatically pushed to the user based on preset conditions, and, at a hype mode, events are displayed in a screen thereof based on preset conditions and parameters while events residing at the top layer of the screen are automatically and continuously pushed to the user.
