The present invention discloses an adjusting-light cover and a streetlamp having the adjusting-light cover. The adjusting-light cover includes an adjusting-light body having a flat top surface and a curved refracting surface. A directirx curvature of the refracting surface is gradually increased from one end to the other. The streetlamp includes a main body and a lamp cover. The main body includes a lamp shell and a plurality of lamps disposed in the lamp shell. The lamp cover is assembled on the lamp shell to cover the lamps and has a plurality of adjusting-light covers disposed thereon along a specific direction thereof. Each lamp is further located on the top surface of the corresponding adjusting-light cover. When the light from the lamps passes through the refracting surfaces of the adjusting-light covers, the light can be spotlighted and scattered by the corresponding refracting surfaces along a length direction and a width direction respectively for illuminating the road fully.
