A foldable stand for a machine

A foldable stand for use with a bench top power tool comprises a pair of supporters, two pairs of legs, a plurality of locking notches, and a pair of locking members. The supporters are disposed parallel to each other within a predetermined distance, upon which forms a support surface. Each top end of the two pairs of legs is respectively pivotally mounted to the two ends of the two supporters, so that the two pairs of legs are pivotable relative to the support surface. The locking notches are opened oppositely respectively in the two ends of the two supporters. The locking members are disposed respectively between the two pairs of legs and are moveable between a first position and a second position. When each locking member is operated to move to the first position, each pair of legs is unable to be rotated relative to the support surface, and when each locking member is operated to move to the second position, each pair of legs is able to be rotated relative to the support surface and slid between the locki
