The present invention discloses a four-way head-rotatable device of endoscopy, which includes a head-rotatable mechanism, an elastic element, a supporting section, a four-way flexible member, a first, a second, a third and a fourth string body. The head-rotatable mechanism has an endoscopic lens, and the first, second, third and fourth connection parts which are face to face. The elastic element is sleeved in the head-rotatable mechanism. The supporting part is sleeved in the elastic element. The four-way flexible member is installed in the first accommodation space. One end of four-way flexible member is connected to the head-rotatable mechanism and the other end is connected to the supporting part. The first, second, third and fourth string bodies are correspondingly connected to the first, second, third and fourth connection parts individually.
