Provided is polymer polymerized a monomer formula (I) and polymerizable polymer formed by addition reaction of epoxy having a side chain containing unsaturated bond and cyclic monomer containing oxethane between B1 and epoxy or oxethane (R1 is H or methyl; A1, A2 are C1-4 alkylene or single bond; B1 is OH or COOH; X1 is C1-18 alkylene, C1-18 alkylene with -CO- next to phenoxy, C1-18 alkylene with C1-6 alkylene bonding through the medium of -COO- at opposite side, or C1-18 alkylene with -C2H4O- of 1 to 10 at opposite side; a, b having the relation a+b=0-2 are integer number ≥ 0).
