Method for manufacturing a wing nut

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wing nut, which primarily allows a plurality of sectioned substrates by cutting to be forged and pressed as a model showing a nut section connected with two wing portions on both sides thereof, respectively, and then the model can be further punched and shaped the both wing portions as initially semi-finished products. Then, the guide bevels and central positioning for the nut sections can be completed via the nut edge forming step; at last, finished products of wing nuts are made by means of processing of through holes. Accordingly, the above-mentioned steps may achieve the main purpose of simplifying the integral processing for wing nuts.
