Touch panel and touch control display with the touch panel

The present invention provides a touch panel and a touch display with the touch panel. The touch panel comprises an upper substrate, a lower substrate, a plurality of spacing points, a conducting layer and a soft circuit board. An electrode is disposed on the upper substrate disposed on the surface of the lower substrate. The area of the lower substrate is smaller than the area of the upper substrate so that the side edge of the upper substrate is protruded form the side edge of the lower substrate. The plurality of the spacing points is distributed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate. The conducting layer is extended from the electrode of the upper substrate to the side edge of the lower substrate and connected electrically to the soft board. Therefore, the flatness of the touch display surface and the extended lifetime of the touch display are achieved.
