This invention relates to a mechanical parking lot having a pallet revolving mechanism for reducing the installation space and increasing the vehicle receiving capacity, the mechanical parking lot comprising a pallet (19), a lifting device (22), a revolving device (23), a vehicle housing shelf (12), and first and second pallet moving apparatuses (21, 45). Vehicles (70) are loaded on the pallet (19). The lifting device (22) ascends and descends a lift frame (20) in which the pallet (19) is mounted within a hoist way (14). The revolving device (23) revolves the pallet (19) on the lift frame (20). The vehicle housing shelf (12) is formed by a plurality of parking spaces (24), in which vehicles (70) are parked, together with the pallet (19) being installed adjacent to the hoist way (14). The first and second pallet moving apparatuses (21, 45) load the pallet (19) between the lift frame (20) and the parking space (24), and between those parking spaces (24).
