Production method and apparatus of water-floating soap

This invention is performed by mixing a fixed proportion of fats and oils and alkali substances in a heating device, heating, adding water if necessary to maintain a melted condition; after the mixing is completed, performing steps of adding brine, mixing and keeping still at least once, so as to separate the lye and the synthesized soap liquid; then transferring the soap liquid to an agitation device to continuously keep the melting condition and to obtain a better texture, and adding additives such as fragrant, essential oils and so on depending on requirements into the soap liquid and evenly agitating, finally performing solidifying and shaping, cutting into blocks, drying to obtain the fine textured and low-density water-floating soap.
