Zusammenfassung:	A rotary-spreading bottle stopper has a spreading body made of deformable material. The spreading body provides with a recession which has an opening. The recession has a non-circular taper wall provided to receive a cone member. An outer circumference of the cone member and the taper wall are quite match and the cone member has a screw hole in the central thereof. A positioning ring has a through hole and a cylinder extending upwardly therefrom, and the positioning ring is assembled to the spreading body. A cover provides with a centre pillar extending from a bottom side thereof and an annular wall extending from an outer circumference of the bottom side. The annular wall can be engaged with the cylinder. When the cover is rotated, the cone member will move along axial direction, such that the spreading body spreads outward, or contracts inward actuated by elasticity thereof.
