Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method of rapidly detecting Staphylococcus aureus, wherein the protein A on the cell wall of Staphylococcus aureus is detected by utilizing specific antibodies to achieve the effect of rapidly detecting Staphylococcus aureus by using the immunological test strips. Staphylococcus aureus can be quickly detected by detecting specific protein A on S. aureus cell wall. The method is applied to the present invention regarding detection by the aforementioned antibodies, the antibodies being disposed on a disposable immunochromatographic strip to provide the benefit of convenient use. Since the antibodies of this invention is highly sensitive and the detection may be performed by means of immunochromatographic strips, the present invention has the following advantages: no pretreatment for samples, fewer sample amount, convenient operation, fast detection, low costs and effect detection, and further there is no need to use any instrument.
