Zusammenfassung:	A seat mechanism for motorcycle, which is disposed on the pivoting part of the seat, the seat mechanism includes a fixing plank, a rotating plank, two wave shape washer assemblys, a flexible element, and a axle element. The rotating element overstrides the two sides of the fixing plank. The wave face of the first wave shape washer is disposed corresponding to the wave face of the second wave shape washer. The flexible element is disposed between the rotating plank and the fixing plank. The axle penetrates the ear portions, the wave shape washer assemblys, and flexible element. Thereby, the seat can depend to the requirement of the driver locating on the suitable location by poly-section motion.
