Packaging equipment and substrate carrier thereof

A substrate carrier suitable for carrying a substrate is provided. The substrate carrier includes a carrying frame and a cover plate. The carrying frame is suitable for carrying the substrate and includes an enhancing rib and a plurality of first positioning parts. The enhancing rib is connected between two opposite sides of the carrying frame, and the first positioning parts are disposed on the carrying frame. The cover plate is disposed above the carrying frame for pressing the substrate. The cover plate has a plurality of second positioning parts corresponding to the first positioning parts, respectively. Each of the second positioning parts is capable of being fixed on the corresponding first positioning part, such that the cover plate may be fixed on the carrying frame.
