Method of preparing organic/inorganic hybrid sol solution including polymer resin and hydrophobically modified inorganic material, and material prepared thereby

Disclosed are a method of preparing an organic/inorganic hybrid sol solution including a polymer resin and a hydrophobically modified inorganic material, in which the surface of inorganic material is reacted with organosilane, and water is removed, such that the inorganic particles are stably dispersed in an organic solvent and may be dissolved in a polymer resin at any ratio, and a material prepared thereby. The method includes a first step of adding organosilane to a colloidal inorganic material to thus react organosilane with the surface of the inorganic nanoparticles, removing water, and adding an organic solvent, thus hydrophobically modifying the reaction medium; a second step of adding the product of the first step with a polymer resin, thus dispersing and dissolving it in the polymer resin; and a third step of adding the product of the second step with a reaction initiator, and conducting a curing reaction.
