Zusammenfassung:	An electronic device having an electromagnetic interference (EMI) shield and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The electronic device having an EMI shield includes an emitting/receiving module and a metal film. The emitting/receiving module includes at least an emitting/receiving window and a ground terminal located on different sides of the emitting/receiving module. The metal film is located on the surface of the emitting/receiving module and the ground terminal, but not on the emitting/receiving window. Thickness of the metal film is from 10 m to 20 m.
