Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an organic polymer fine particle which is excellent in heat resistance and hardly changed in color tone before and after heating. Also disclosed are a method for producing such an organic polymer fine particle and a molded body obtained by using such an organic polymer fine particle. Specifically disclosed is an organic polymer fine particle containing not less than 10 ppm (on a mass basis) of an antioxidant which essentially contains a sulfur antioxidant, and having a thermal decomposition temperature of not less than 290 DEG C. Also specifically disclosed is a method for producing such an organic polymer fine particle, wherein a monomer component is radically polymerized in the presence of an antioxidant.
