Zusammenfassung:Disclosed herein is a driving integrated circuit for a display device which is capable of increasing memory yield. The driving integrated circuit includes a first storage unit for storing image data, a second storage unit for storing reference data for control of levels of various drive signals necessary to an operation of the first storage unit, a power generation unit for setting the levels of the drive signals based on the reference data stored in the second storage unit and supplying the drive signals of the set levels to the first storage unit, and a control unit for controlling an operation of the power generation unit.
