Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an optoelectronic component with high luminous efficiency, which comprises a cathode, an electron injection layer, a luminous layer, an interface modified layer, an electron hole transport layer and an anode in sequence. Especially, the interface modified layer is disposed between the luminous layer and the electron hole transport layer. The interface modified layer is to perform interface modifying on the hydrophobic luminous layer so that the hydrophilic electron hole transport layer is distributed uniformly on the luminous layer for effectively increasing the luminous efficiency of optoelectronic component. Besides, the interface modified layer can prevent autolysis of the electron injection layer, and moreover, the optoelectronic component of the invention can be applied on device with large area.
